Meet your coach, Derek

Hi, I’m Derek, a Conestoga High School student athlete with a background in multiple sports. My approach is supportive, fun, and goal-oriented. I’ve worked with student trainers in the past and benefited from the coaching.

I’m here to support you and your child’s goals, whether it’s competitive club sports, being active and improving movement, staying healthy long-term, or developing sport-specific skills.
